Shipping & Logistics Policy

X-Power provides international shipping services for OEM and ODM customers. Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, order quantity, destination, and customer requirements.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use:

• Ocean Freight – Our main shipping method for bulk and OEM orders.

• Rail Freight – Available for selected destinations and routes.

• Air Freight – Available for samples, urgent orders, or smaller shipments.

Production & Delivery Time

Production lead time and transportation time vary by order and destination. Estimated production and shipping schedules will be provided in the applicable quotation or purchase order.

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, carrier schedules, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Terms

Shipping terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, or other Incoterms agreed upon with the customer.

The applicable Incoterm, shipping method, destination, and freight charges will be confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement.

Customs & Import Charges

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and destination charges.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate consignee and customs information.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival and notify X-Power promptly of any visible damage. Photos and relevant shipping documents may be required to process a claim.

Order-Specific Terms

For OEM and ODM orders, the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, purchase order, or sales agreement will prevail over this general policy.
